If you are hauling a car in an enclosed trailer, this is probably the ratchet handle you should be using. Just because it is short, doesn't mean it is not rugged. Check out the hooks you can put on it: snap hook or finger hook. Both will work well with E-track O ring if that's what you're trying to do. Those also work with rub rail of wedge-type trailer or utility hauler.
