Do not attempt to repack cylinders without this tool! Sure, you can repack the bottom end cap and the ram, no problem. But you can waste half an hour trying to take out the old seals from the top end cylinder eye nut... and getting the new seals in there without nicking them is pretty hard. All it takes is a little nick, and your new seals will start leaking as bad as your old ones.
