Fully Adjustable Tow Dolly Basket Strap, Yellow, Fits Wheels from 12 - 18 Inch, w a max tread width of 9". Has 3 Adjustments on the 4 Inch Top Strap and 3 Adjustments on the 2 Inch Short Leg with Flat Hook. WLL: 3,000 lbs, Breaking Strength: 12,000 lbs.

NO RATCHET INCLUDED. If you need a ratchet, we've got them. STANDARD HOOK END IS 2 INCH FLAT HOOK, BUT OTHERS AVAILABLE (SEE PICS ABOVE). If you have one of the old C&R tow dolly with that funny looking clip, order the horizontal e track clip for your hook option. (picture above, lower right)

part# SP-EBTDpair and part# SP-EBTDLOOPAIR will take a tire tread width of 9 inches. the 13-18 inch is the rim size.
