Shipping: Once we receive payment from you via Paypal or credit card, we will process your order. We ship stock items the next business day after we receive payment. Lots coming out of production are shipped first-come, first-served.

Returns: Make sure you order the right part! If you have any questions, ask before you order.

Must be made by original buyer within 30 days of purchase.
May be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking charge or higher, depending on the manufacturer.
(Most are pretty cool about returns, but some are significantly "less-than-cool" and charge high fees.)
Credit will only be given for merchandise returned in salable condition.

If you need to return something for credit or refund, make sure you call 866-855-4285. Many manufacturers
require a Return Materials Authorization number to log the item and put it back into inventory.
