This is a a 2 inch by 6 inch strap with bolt loop at one end, swivel J hook on the other. Designed to fit 2 inch ratchet handle used with auto tie down wheel straps. 3000lbs WLL Works great for ratchet handles used with our wheel straps on Cottrell and Boydstun trailers among others.
