Spoke to customer and found out he was not using sleeves behind the wheels. Asked customer to submit pictures of straps for review, and I'm still waiting for them.
This is the first complaint we have had on these straps. They are made with 12,000 lbs webbing and our mfg does constant testing on the material used.

I found these straps to be extremely weak compared to other competition straps. I have made ONE trip with these straps, and am buying more. (of a different brand) One snapped in half, the others cut half way through, long ways, and shortways. They stink, would not buy.
