This horizontal E-Track wheel strap features a Low Profile tread grab sleeve and Roller idler for improved clearance and ease of use. Each end includes a 2K E-track slot connector, keeping the ratchet close to the floor. Designed to address issues with rubber blocks not fitting between the tire and fender, these sleeved straps simplify vehicle securing.

Sleeves are something we found being used in Europe and we could see the benefits with them for vehicles with little clearance between tire and fender.
They are also easy to adjust to any size tire, since no stoppers are needed.
