The Big Orange line of replacement wheel straps feature the following:
- Strap is made of extra heavy-duty 18,000 lb webbing
- 10 foot length strap features heavy duty D ring
- Ratchet handle with bolt on swivel J hook gives you a low, tie down point that will work for smaller wheels
- NEW IN 2013: This assembly COMES WITH UPGRADED RATCHET HANDLE.

This 18,000 lb webbing on this wheel strap assembly is so densely woven, you will FEEL the difference immediately when you hold it in your hand and compare it to other straps. The webbing on this wheel strap is so strong, and the stitch pattern is so big, when we tested these at the tensile strength lab, we discovered the weakest part of the assembly is actually the steel!
About the Upgraded Ratchet Handle:
This ratchet handle has heavier gears, thicker metal and a bigger retaining pin. It is difficult to show the difference between this ratchet handle and a normal professional grade ratchet handle, but once you get it in your hands and begin using it, you will FEEL the difference IMMEDIATELY.
Obviously, since the Big Orange line is a brand new innovation, there is no way we can make any claims about how much longer life you should expect to get from these wheel straps. They start having cut after five load they ripped complete after seven load
Hello Mohamed...if the strap has contact with the back of the wheel (and the metal)...the straps will rip...I will send you some protective sleeves. Otherwise, be sure to keep he straps at 10 and 2 on the tire to avoid strap damage.

We purchased our first set of straps for the one wedge trailer. They work great and are durable. We are setting up a second wedge and I did not even shop around. Have had these in use for a couple weeks now. Really like them. My old straps were 8ft. Went with the bigger 10ft and the sleeves. Cannot tell you how much better the ratchets are on the new straps over my old ones. They are huge! Big, beefy, easier to use given their larger size. Larger size provides more leverage when tying down so they are easier to use than my old ratchets. And the extra 2ft of strap is handy on full size trucks. I move a lot of wrecks and the sleeves are a great saver on these straps. I do have some marks on them already having to stretch them over the outside rail of my trailer for (underneath) tie-downs on some tore up cars but that's to be expected. Going with Big Orange from now on and AutoHaulerSupply got them to me quick!

The big orange line is all I use. I have lassos and 3 points. Both are great. They are high quality. I have some of both showing wear. But that expected with everyday use. My straps are alway in the sun. When I feel they are wore out I will be buying more "big orange straps" also the ratchets are great. Just keep them sprayed with wd40.

Was up late at night stumbling around the internet looking for straps and found these. I took a chance and WOW!!! these straps are AWSOME! they for 1 are a good bargin and 2 they are great quality!.. Better than the yellow ones from B/A or whatever. I will buy these again when I need them but with this quality I wont need to buy them very soon... FAST delivery too!!!!
