The endless cam buckle goes around your car's luggage rail. Just pull it though to tighten. Depress cam to loosen.

You can tie down much bigger items if you want. Straps are 12 feet long. Let us know if you want to make yours bigger. Can throw another 5 feet on each strap for a couple bucks. Also have other colors, too. Hot Pink. Camo. Black.
