These ratchets have made my job so much easier they are easy to use and are very durable I have had them through all kinds of road conditions and still work like the day I got them

These are great ratchets. That’s why I bought more of them. Sometimes they get a little sticky on release and don’t like to work with ease. That’s when I hit them with a little lube and they work perfect again. Being that they are exposed to inclimate weather over and over again, they need a little maintenance to keep them great. The only ratchet handle I need for my business. 👍

These ratchets will last a life time if our driver wouldn't roll over them with dual wheel trucks. I place an ratchet order yesterday, just a little after the noon hour and received them a.m. today. Thanks Gunnar, you have saved me again.

These are absolutely what to get if you need more real estate for the strapping motion.

I Exclusively Employ these. The "J" is alot longer than other brands, making it alot easier to get into holes, while simultaneously holding on better. Definately makes them more versatile so far as where you can mount them and the positioning flexibilty on where you can mount them. PLUS, theres no extra strap on the end for you to worry about breaking.

Ratchets work great for us. I like the swivel J hook it's easy to place in the deck holes

Awesome rachet! No need to worry about the 5 inches strap at the end to broke at the worst moment! Worth every dollars!

After considerable research to secure a Jeep with 32" tires to a vehicle towing trailer for a 2,000 mile cross-country move, went with 4-point anchoring setup using Diamond weave lasso straps (with cordura sleeves through rings). Initially, ratchet-to-trailer contact caused them to release from locked position. Secured each with a single zip tie. No more problem. The entire setup needed no tightening for the entire trip. Excellent recommendation and extensive interaction with technical support staff (Gunnar). Would recommend also smaller ratchet and 14' straps to secure rubber chocks behind rear tires anchoring them to bonnet stay bars if renting a trailer. Routine pedestrian bonnet harness setup with trailer rental is worthless for oversized SUV tires. Be careful with axle straps over brake lines. Clearances a problem also with Jeeps. Avoided them altogether.

Not good, first order of ratchet were great, these just plain suck. Bad metal, not smooth, they get stuck a lot.
I am glad we could resolve this for you.

Best ratchet for my Kaufman... Doesn't mar the trailer as bad and much stronger cleaner operation than the ones the trailer came with

Ratchet binds when strap gets tight and is very difficult to release. Definately would not buy again.
We are sorry to hear about the problem with this order.
Due to this complaint, we tried to create the same problem and we still don't know why they bind for this customer.
We have also talked to other customers who got the same ratchets and we have not had any other complaints.
Sincerely,
The AutoHauler Supply Team!
