Rubber Rope: 150ft by 3/8” Solid Core, made from EPDM
The E refers to Ethylene, P to Propylene, D to diene and M refers to its classification in ASTM standard D-1418.
The higher the ethylene content the higher the loading possibilities of the polymer, better mixing and extrusion.
The main properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance (think great in the summer in Phoenix!).

Note: There is no way to measure life span of this rubber rope, as temperature swings, UV exposure and constant stretching/unstretching break down the product over time. However, we have many repeat customers ordering this rope, after switching from from other vendors, which tells us we have a great quality product here.
Warning: Rubber rope/cord can spring back with a lot of force! Use caution when using any rubber rope/cord, safety glasses are strongly recommended!

We use it around the ranch for various tie downs. Tarps, brush etc. Autohauler was great, quick shipment, easy to work with.

I bought the 3/8" Solid Core Rubber Rope to replace the original rubber tie downs that was on a military trailer canopy that I bought at auction. It worked out great! Although the original rubber rope was 1/4 inches in diameter... I was able to make the 3/8" work better than the original and I am planning to replace some other tie downs with this product.

I have purchased this product a couple of times. We use it to run thru the tarp on the dump truck so we can strap our loads. The last rope we put on lasted well over a year. That was great due to the heat and abuse it has to take. Highly recommend this product.
