These hooks are made to work with our PCC-RRxxxx line of Rubber Rope, also known as Tarp Straps.
Wire diameter is 0.15", hook is approximately 3.5" long, hook part opening is a bit over 1" wide.

Technical information and specs from the manufacturer about the above mentioned rubber ropes:
EPDM stretches to up to 3x it's length.
At 100% elongation, the rubber rope should return to its original length or max +5% extra.
