If your cylinder rod isn't rusted or pitted, you can save a lot of money by repacking the seals on your existing cylinder. It's a form of recycling that's good for the environment AND your bottom line!
NOTE:
According to Sonny Goldsmith, our factory rep:
Most repair shops make their own u-seal removal tool by taking a flat blade screw driver and grind the ends of the flat blade round so they do not score the metal and then use the screw driver to “pry” under the u-seal and get it out of the groove.
