The Big Orange line of replacement wheel straps(Ratchet Handles not included!) feature the following:
- Strap is made of extra heavy-duty 18,000 lb webbing
- 10 foot length strap features heavy duty D ring
- Price is for box of 30 straps
- Tagged with safe WLL of 3,000 lbs

This 18,000 lb webbing on this wheel strap assembly is so densely woven, you will FEEL the difference immediately when you hold it in your hand and compare it to other straps. The webbing on this wheel strap is so strong, and the stitch pattern is so big, when we tested these at the tensile strength lab, we discovered the weakest part of the assembly is actually the steel!
Obviously, since the Big Orange line is a brand new innovation, there is no way we can make any claims about how much longer life you should expect to get from these wheel straps. Our hope is that you will get A LOT more life out of these straps, and we can fill the rest of this page with testimonials from customers who have used these wheel straps. One good thing about these wheel straps that has nothing to do with their strength is the color-- Orange. Not too many orange straps out there, so if yours go missing at the auction, you've got a better chance of catching the ethically-challenged individuals who might "borrow" your wheel straps.

These are the best way to tie down our stacks of trailers. I like the larger D style ring as it comes loose a little easier when unstrapping the load. Just need to be able to purchase them with flat hook ratchets included.

Quality straps - equivalent to BA quality for much less cost. They have that thick pliable strap quality that lasts for a long time. Sourcing in China can be tricky but so far haven't gotten anything that wasn't made to last with everyday use.
The thing about sourcing from China is this: if you tell them you want the cheapest product, you'll get it. If you tell them exactly how you want the product made, i.e., number of warp yarns, tensile strength, stitch pattern... you'll get that also. It's all in the specifications.

Here is my review since you are asking. These orange straps are SOFT. About the same as blue that we've tried a while ago. It might be a benefit or not that important for someone, maybe on low profile trailer or if you use them over-the-tire. But I DON'T recommend these straps if you have common wedge like 3 car kaufman, where the top car is standing 6ft high above the ground. Usually we use yellow straps. You lasso tires with yellow straps from the ground fairly easy. Yellows keep lasso shape when you throw them on a tire, they don't bend like a ribbon. With these orange straps you gonna need a ladder (or be a basketball player lol) to throw them on tires of the top and front of the second car. It takes way more time to adjust them from the ground. Throwing them multiple times while they keep flipping and twisting.
I wanted to exchange but restocking fee is 20% plus cost of shipping which makes the return too costly. Will see how they last. Not sure yet if softness is a good thing in term of a lifespan, I guess they all about the same. So it's not a negative review, just a feedback. I would say 3 car haulers - Save yourself some time on loading, get yellow straps instead. Thank you.

Hey Tony, thanks for the feedback. Straps kind of stiffen up as they age...(kind of like my 51 year old knees and back!) Strap color doesn't affect that kind of thing. Let us know how they are a year from now. Once they've been out in the rain and sun for a while, I bet you'll like them better!

Was ordering other straps and my rep told me about these heavier ones, so I said I would try them. They do feel much heavier, but didn't get to use them yet, sice I just recently received my shipment.

These are the best straps available to the hauling industry........the only thing that can improve their "quality" would be to make them available in a 12' length. My personal experience with lifted trucks and oversize tires is that my current trailer could benefit from a bit longer reach. i have used these without a single failure (8') for almost a year and just recently received the 10 footers. I simply LOVE them !!!!!

purchased the smaller box of these to try out and to my surprise they are holding up very well. Forgot to put the cordura sleeve on a set before locking tire down and small bur but strap is holding up well very strong.

I have the same problem with Jeff and it is me that is hauling the vehicles.This is not a negative review but I do notice lots of wear on the straps and a couple are ready to go and do not use them anymore. I am a small one truck operation and can afford for straps to go out in a 3 or 4 moth period. Now it could be I am doing something wrong but if I am, Then It can be fixed.Also looking to buy extra straps and your sold out this could be a problem for me. After saying all that I generally like the product and the customer service here.

Please contact us to discuss the wear of the straps.
We don't know your situation, but the most common issue we see with Lasso Straps, is that a strap gets cuts and nicks from metal objects like brake and suspension parts, behind the tire.
In those cases we highly recommend using a protective sleeve (available on our website).
In the case of the 30pk selling out, we ran an initial test run to see if there was an interest for that many, and they sold much faster than we anticipated, and we apologize for that.
We are working on building new stock, and will soon have them back in the warehouse again.

We"ve had the 10ft straps for a couple of weeks now with no problems. We use multiple straps everyday, and these are doing a great job. I would recommend them to everyone.

We've only been using these straps a couple of weeks and have already had 2 of them get wear spots and break. I generally don't like doing negative reviews but you asked. We usually get a good year out of straps but not with these.
We contacted Jeff to follow up on this, and found out that the driver most likely have thrown the problem straps away.
Most of our customers prefer the 18,000 lb Big Orange webbing.
In this case we are not sure what the culprit is, but we have asked Jeff to please save the straps if he has any issues with the rest of the ones he purchased.
We will continue to monitor this case!
