Includes two Single Swivel-J hooks (one fixed, one floater) with a 3,333 lb working load limit. Ratchet handle not included.

These Wheel Straps are designed for carhauler trailers like Cottrell that have built-in strap ratchet boxes. Can also be used with regular ratchet handle if an extra long strap is desired.
Features extra heavy duty Diamond Weave webbing, three rubber tread grabs and 4 stoppers to keep the tread grabs from sliding around too much.
