This Low Profile Premium Diamond Weave™ ratchet wheel strap features swivel J hooks and a 2 ft tread grab sleeve, replacing bulky rubber grabs. Available in multiple color options, it has a 3,333 lbs working load limit. Introduced in 2017, these sleeved straps are ideal for vehicles with limited clearance between the fender and tire, such as European cars or sports cars.

Full Description
If you haul a lot of high end cars, where there is little clearance between the fender and the tire, we recommend these sleeved straps.
The sleeve has a rubberized side, that sits on the tire, and replaces the old school rubber tire cleats.
Makes it much easier to install the straps on a tire too.
These straps are rated at 3,333 lbs WLL
