Full Description
This strap with the sleeve instead of rubber cleats, works great when you have little clearance between the tire and fender.
It also works great for when you switch between transporting cars and trucks, where the tire sizes differentiate quite a bit.
It comes with our standard size Swivel-J hooks. Please see SKU:SS-S-2x14SSJ-LP-DW, for short SJ hook version.
This is a replacement strap. NO RATCHET IS INCLUDED
