Shipping

For products that include shipping cost, Autohauler Supply reserves the right to choose the carrier.  Usually this will be USPS or UPS.

Once we receive payment from you via Paypal or credit card, we will process your order. We ship stock items the next business day after we receive payment. For non-stock items, estimated production time is shown in our product listings. Lots coming out of production are shipped first-come, first-served.

Lost Shipments

If your address is considered residential by UPS, they will leave the package for you at your door. If you want delivery to require a signature, please call us to place your order. Autohauler Supply is not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery. We'll file a UPS claim for you, but if their records show that it was delivered, the odds are not in your favor.

Short version: If you're concerned about theft, make sure someone is there to receive the shipment for you. We will not ship a second order to you free of charge if someone steals a box off your doorstep.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives in damaged condition, please inform the UPS driver if he is still there and also contact us so that we can file a claim with UPS for the damage or loss.

Returns

Make sure you order the right part! If you have any questions, ask before you order.

Must be made by original buyer within 30 days of purchase.
May be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking charge or higher, depending on the manufacturer.
(Most are pretty cool about returns, but some are significantly "less-than-cool" and charge high fees.)
Credit will only be given for merchandise returned in salable condition.

If you need to return something for credit or refund, make sure you call 866-855-4285. Many manufacturers require a Return Materials Authorization number to log the item and put it back into inventory. RMA numbers are typically only valid for 30 days, so please make sure to send the products back as soon as you can!
Any refunds will be processed within 24 hours after warehouse has inspected the returned items and put them back in stock.
NEW! We now also offer to issue a call tag for your return and deduct the shipping cost from your refund letting you take advantage of our UPS discounts. The cost we deduct will be the same as what you paid for the shipping on the original order.

We accept all major credit cards and you can also pay using PayPal or PayPal Express Checkout

Your credit card will be charged immediately when you place an order. Any refunds will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that it can take a few days before your credit card company shows the refund. We reserve the right to refuse any order in which case we will issue a full refund.

GDPR Compliance

We will not accept any orders from countries within the European Union, nor do we allow anybody from those countries to sign up for an account.
