Works great, not bending like old ramps when loading 1 ton dullies

I bought the item and paid for shipment and delivery the item wasn't delivered and no refund was given after I drove to the location to pick up my item myself.
I am sorry, you were inconvenienced by the one day delay in delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over delivery time, which is not guaranteed. But, how about that heavy duty ramp? Nice, right?
Just to set the record straight, customer did receive the ramps.
