The Big Orange line of ratchet wheel straps feature the following:
- This over tire wheel trap is made of extra heavy-duty 18,000 lb webbing. Most that you are probably used to seeing use 12,000 lb webbing.
- No, that's not a typo. It is extra tightly woven. Our intention of going with such heavy duty webbing on our wheel strap is to give you a strap with a longer life-span.
- 10 foot length works great for SUVs, trucks and passenger cars
- double J wire hooks: one sewn to end of strap, one idler behind the rubber tread grabs.
- 3 reversible tread grabs mean you can flip the strap over to get more even wear.
- Tagged with safe WLL of 2,500lbs.
- This SKU is for a box of 8 ratchet wheel straps.
- These assemblies COME WITH UPGRADED RATCHET HANDLE.
What is an upgraded ratchet handle you ask? Is it a bunch of BS marketing hype?

NO. This ratchet handle has heavier gears, thicker metal and a bigger retaining pin. It is difficult to show the difference between this ratchet handle and a normal professional grade ratchet handle, but once you get it in your hands and begin using it, you will FEEL the difference IMMEDIATELY.

This 18,000 lb webbing on this wheel strap assembly is so densely woven, you will FEEL the difference immediately when you hold it in your hand and compare it to other straps. The webbing on this wheel strap is so strong, and the stitch pattern is so big, when we tested these at the tensile strength lab, we discovered the weakest part of the assembly is actually the steel.
Obviously, since the Big Orange line is a brand new innovation, there is no way we can make any claims about how much longer life you should expect to get from these wheel straps. Very disappointed with the ratchet on these straps they say they are the upgraded ones I'd hate to see the others the straps are fine but the ratchets are cheap and not heavy duty stay away

The straps are great, I will update the rest later. This is my first time using this type of straps. I was using the ones you hook to the frame. The Big Orange Double J Wire Hook Ratchet Wheel Strap, Holds the vehicles better.

I did not had a chance to use them but after I open the boxes and I see the merchandise I see its top quality. The service and knowledge of the people I was talking to is very very good. I leave in California but I did go to Las Vegas to pick up mice straps and then I arrived I will see my box as right at the door a less than 2 minutes I got somebody from the warehouse bring that tool boxes out and put add into my car. So I was very satisfied with the service I got when I ordered and when I went to pick up.

Just opened the box straps are fine handles are good but the hooks don't need to be so thick they don't come out if the holes easily. I have a 7509 cottrell
Hi Ralph, as far as I know, these fit Cottrell main deck plate just fine. Sometimes the end of the flipper can be an issue, where the steel gets kind of mashed down... Shoot us an email with a picture of the hook when you get a chance... I need to make sure the shop didn't grab a hook from the wrong box!

Product is as described, Wish the slot in ratchet was just a little bit more open so you could get your fingers in it better to release it. Other than that straps work great. Repeat buyer and will continue to use Autohauler Supply.

Really nice straps they work great. I was a bit disappointed to have to buy 10, being a very small company money is very tight and would like to see smaller quantities available. But the straps are great !!

Great straps. I like the orange because it matches my truck and they really stand out. Ratchets are great. Hooks are short enough to get in the holes easy. My only request would be that they sell them in packs of four. But still a great item.

I first started using auto hauler supply just about a year ago and the product/service was excellent. Recently I upgraded my trailer so I purchased all new straps and upon delivery you could see that the box was damaged in transport. I called auto hauler supply and they immediately took care of the situation by over nighting the product so I had it the following MORNING. I will use no other strap than the bright orange and you have a customer for life. These people are the real deal with customer service.
