I got great reply service from Steve who took the time to assist me in installation and provided excellent video on how to attach the Couplers to my F250. It pays to deal with great people in on line purchases!!

Very sturdy but no installation instructions and no clue on how it goes together. Called customer service but had to leave a message with no reply.

I was worried about installation on my truck with little leverage being tough but a little grease and a dozen or so whacks with the household hammer and they were on secure. Nice product!
