Free Shipping Details
Free shipping in Continental United States only. Other exclusions apply:
- Orders must be over $150
- Items must be able to ship through USPS or UPS system.
- Free Shipping does NOT apply to oversize or overweight items, e.g. ramps over 94 inches long, 10' e track, drums of chain, etc.

For products that include shipping cost, Autohauler Supply reserves the right to choose the carrier. Once we receive payment from you, we will process your order. If we receive a large order in front of yours that cleans out our available stock, we will send a work order to the shop to get your order out as soon as we can put resources on it.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Residential deliveries shipped via UPS may be left at the delivery address without a signature unless signature confirmation is requested at the time of purchase. If you would like a signature required for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
If a shipment arrives damaged, please notify the UPS driver as soon as possible and contact us so we can assist with filing a claim for damage or loss. We also recommend taking photos of the package and damaged items as delivered, as this may help support the claim process with the carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. Autohauler Supply is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If package security is a concern, we strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the order.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the item and condition of the return. Credit or refunds can only be issued for merchandise returned in resalable condition.
