We stand behind the products we sell. If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue through exchange, replacement or refund. 

Conditions

Customers must initiate product issue resolution within 30 days of purchase. Customers may also be asked to provide photos of the product, packaging, and/or installation or usage conditions. This helps us identify manufacturing defects, shipping damage, compatibility issues, and other factors relevant to the claim, while also allowing us to improve our products and fulfillment processes over time. Failure to provide documentation may result in a denial of a claim. 

Resolution

Upon receipt of sufficient documentation supporting a claim under this policy, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue, product condition, product availability, and other relevant factors.

Approved claims may be resolved through product exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances involved.

Disclaimer

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overloading, improper securement practices, improper installation, normal wear, modification, neglect, or use outside the intended working load limit (WLL) or application of the product. We reserve the right to deny claims where available evidence indicates that the product failure or damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, fulfillment error, or issue attributable to our products or operations.

Any refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we have verified the issue with the product. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds may take 1-3 business days to show up in your account.
