1 Meter long (39 inches) by 3 inch wide sleeve features rubber on bottom, that will help gripping the tire.
Extra Heavy Duty, for fleets where drivers are tough on equipment.
Smooth interior allows 2 inch strap slide easily once installed on the strap.
For first time use/installing the sleeve on the strap, we recommend using a yardstick or similar, to help the strap push through.

This one is great to use on vehicles with big wheels that do not have much space between the tire and the wheel well.
